We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Installation Scheduler to join our Installations team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of installation projects by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting our field operations. Your work will maximise efficiency, maintain safety and compliance standards, and help deliver outstanding results for both customers and internal stakeholders.

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY

This role exists to drive effective planning and administrative support for installation activities across the state. You’ll allocate work, track progress through ServiceMax, and liaise with builders, fabricators, and technicians to ensure every project is completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Coordinate and schedule installation work orders, ensuring timely, compliant, and productive allocation of resources
  • Communicate proactively with customers, providing ETAs, attendance details, and updates throughout the project
  • Track work progress in ServiceMax and Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups on outstanding or non-compliant tasks
  • Support Field Managers with daily scheduling review activities, prioritising safety-critical and high-value work
  • Handle inbound service-related calls and queries from Customer Service & Support teams
  • Conduct administrative duties including updating notes, scheduling revisits or after-hours tasks, and capturing non-standard events

YOUR SKILLS

You will be an organised coordinator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. You will ideally bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar administrative role
  • Experience in dealing with a diverse customer base
  • Strong computer literacy - ServiceMax or other CRM experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, customer etiquette, and stakeholder management
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
