About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional to step into a Project Manager / Estimator position within a growing commercial HVAC contractor. Working across a variety of commercial fit-out, upgrade and maintenance projects, you will play a key role in securing and delivering work while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This position offers a mix of office, site and client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and commercial aspects of the industry. You'll join a close-knit team with the autonomy to manage your workload, contribute to business growth and make a genuine impact on project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Price and quote commercial HVAC projects up to $1M
- Conduct site measures and client-facing consultations
- Manage projects end-to-end (delivery, timelines, crews)
- Oversee small teams (subbies + installers)
- Deliver short-cycle projects ($20K–$1M, quick turnaround)
Key Requirements For Success - Qualified HVAC / Refrigeration trade background
- Proven commercial HVAC experience (not residential)
- Experience pricing and quoting projects up to $1M
- Confident managing crews and client relationships
- Hands-on background with strong install knowledge
- Self-driven, autonomous and commercially minded
