HR Recruiter

Kerman Contracting is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Head Office team to cover for maternity leave. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and mobilisation processes across diverse projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce readiness.

Your Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling, phone screening, and candidate communication

·       Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines

·       Support with mobilisation logistics including travel, accommodation, medicals, and compliance documentation as and when required.

·       Maintain accurate records of recruitment and mobilisation activities using internal systems

·       Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures

·       Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding packs

·       Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation from candidates

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes

About You:

·       Previous experience in recruitment in a similar industry (Construction/Engineering)

·       Strong organisational and time management skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·       High attention to detail and accuracy

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
