Provide support to the Human Resources Manager on various HR matters, including end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organisation, Injury Management and WHS matters.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure contracts and employee records are accurate and up-to-date. employee contracts and letter of offers.

Facilitate employee onboarding/ offboarding and orientation of all new employees, students, and volunteers.

Provide support and guidance to leaders and employees on general HR matters, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and more.

Assist with general administrative tasks to support the HR team.
