About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our dedicated Operations teams across our remote Villages based in Western Australia.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, organising, and supervising housekeeping team members
  • Managing rosters and coordinating daily workloads
  • Conducting daily room audits to maintain quality standards
  • Completing administrative tasks and reporting requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with internal departments and guests

 

This is an active, team-focused position where your leadership and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional village experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Valid Australian working rights
  • A current driver’s license
  • Proven leadership experience within a FIFO environment or hotel operations
  • Hands-on housekeeping experience
  • Experience with accommodation management systems, ideally RMS9 · Remote or village work experience
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • A genuine passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
