What does the job look like?

We’re currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our high-performing team based in Derrimut, Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent day shift role (8:00am start) within a clean, well-organised, and supportive warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
  • Operating high reach forklifts for picking, replenishment, and stock movement
  • Handling a variety of products, including heavy industrial and paint goods
  • Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and safely
  • Supporting general warehouse activities, including pick packing, staging orders, and housekeeping
  • Monitoring and updating freight movements using SAP and online booking systems
  • Contributing to a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Hold a valid LF forklift license (High Reach experience essential)
  • Loading and unloading freight with confidence
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms
  • Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Access to reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
