Sure People Solutions is recruiting for AHS Truck Specialists on behalf of its client, a global leader in mining and infrastructure equipment and technologies. These positions are for an 8/6 Roster beginning ASAP.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Heavy Diesel or Auto Electrician trade or tertiary qualification/s (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Valid drivers license (essential)
- National Police Clearance (essential)
- Meticulous and methodical execution with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, and/or mechanical background.
- Experience with IT networking protocols, administration, monitoring, and support
- Commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to various roster arrangements.
Who We’re Looking For:
We want qualified Heavy Diesel Fitters, looking to join a brilliant team of trades professionals, via a top-tier employer. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with mobile plant machinery. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of LinkOA Hardware and Software.
- Conduct Machine Verifications, Calibrations, and SAT Testing of LinkOA Hardware.
- Ensure compliance with LinkOA maintenance and operating standards.
- Maintain Compliance with OEM Service Schedules, and Safe Working Practices.
- Ability to work with Local and Remote Support Teams to create procedures for testing and troubleshooting LinkOA.
- Investigate and lead the execution of optimisation projects focused on the customer use of AHS and other technologies.
- Participate in product development and improvement activities focused around the AHS system and its integration with other mining systems and processes
- Supports and facilitates autonomous system incident investigations, assisting by providing system expertise, identification of improvement initiatives and robust corrective actions
- Interpret operational requirements to AHS engineering support teams for the purpose of issue resolution and R&D.
- Provide technical input where necessary in relation to change management
- Present as customers single Epiroc point of contact on site for AHS related queries and decision making where required
- Other reporting to internal and external stakeholders where required
