HC Truck Driver

BE Campbell is expanding our distribution team, and we have opportunities for MR, HR and HC Drivers! Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced driver, we welcome enthusiastic individuals and provide comprehensive training and support.

The role is Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Excellent communication and professional customer service skills
• Previous experience in the fresh food industry is a bonus
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Ensuring deliveries are on time to food service and retail customers across Sydney metro area
• Ensuring all loads are safe, secure, and the truck is clean and maintained
• Assist other team members, when necessary, to load their vehicles
• Ensuring the truck is kept clean and tidy and maintained properly

About You

We are looking for motivated individuals with an impeccable driving history, who are organised, results-driven, and seeking a long-term opportunity. Whether you are new to the industry or carry a range of experience, we are interested in hearing from you!

Key Skills and Requirements:

MR Drivers:

• MR license (or willingness to obtain)
• Physically fit to lift heavy cartons or carry livestock (cartons approx. 20-30kg)
• Clean driving record
• Cross-check all freight against load sheets
• Load the truck in reverse order using the LIFO process
• Good knowledge of Sydney metro area

HR/HC Drivers:

• HR or HC license (or willingness to obtain HC is a plus)
• Clean driving record
• Physically capable of pallet handling
  
• Assist with safe loading and unloading of trucks
• Strong organisational skills
• Have strong attention to detail and remain diligent when completing tasks
