What’s on offer?

We are now on the look-out for a committed Graduate Engineer to start their career journey with our Northern Region Construction business – Townsville based role.

At Fulton Hogan, it is less about designing the concept and more about how to we bring that concept to life. Our Engineers work on site solving real problems every day. It is the Engineer’s job to work as part of a team and plan the construction works, taking into consideration commercial, financial, environmental, safety and quality aspects of the task. They develop ideas, methodologies and bring everything together to ensure our works are delivered successfully. And this is what you will have an opportunity to do as well by learning from our skilled and experienced team members.

We are seeking:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.
• A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend work or night shift.
