Grader Operator

• 4 days, 4 nights, 6 off roster | Residential in Kambalda/Kalgoorlie
• Key role supporting safe haulage through quality grading services
• Experienced Grader Operator (CAT 16H) with strong safety focus

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will operate and maintain grading equipment to support safe and efficient haulage operations as part of our Surface Production team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold mine.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current manual driver’s licence. HR license is preferred
• Experience operating graders in surface mining operations (CAT 16H preferred)

About the Role:

• Operate graders to cut and fill to design levels, maintaining safe, clean haul roads and effective drainage
• Work collaboratively with the mining team to support production targets and safe haulage operations
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, operate machinery with care, and support maintenance and operator skill development
