About the Role

As a Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded, sorted and dispatched safely and on time. Working as part of a supportive operations team, you'll help keep our depot running efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5:30 AM starts
  • Overtime available when operationally required

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload linehaul and pick-up & delivery (PUD) vehicles.
  • Safely move, scan and sort freight within the depot.
  • Pick and prepare freight for daily delivery runs.
  • Re-palletise and palletise freight for transport where required.
  • Ensure freight is distributed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Conduct freight damage inspections and report any issues.
  • Safely restrain loads and correctly use load restraint equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Report hazards, near misses and incidents promptly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (Essential).
  • Previous forklift experience within transport, logistics or warehousing.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach to work.
