Fleet Scheduler

Trinity Petroleum Services is seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Fleet Scheduler to join our Distribution team in Cairns.  This is a key role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective scheduling of our fleet across local and long-haul operations. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of daily fleet scheduling, driver coordination, and delivery planning to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining fleet utilisation, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring our customers receive reliable and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities •    Coordinate daily load planning •    Prepare and manage delivery schedules and load documentation•    Maintain accurate data entry and product reconciliation•    Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations•    Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and delivery activity•    Ensure compliance with mass management and fatigue management requirements•    Provide guidance and support to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations•    Participate in after-hours scheduling support (on a rostered basis – 1 weekend in 3) About You You are a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach. You’re confident managing people, solving logistical challenges, and working in a high-volume operational environment.
