Your tasks

Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact

As our Field Service Technician NSW, you will:

• Executive service orders as received by the central planning team.
• Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines.
• Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments.
• Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming.
• Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines.
• Perform Reactive Maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order.
• Provide recommendations for product improvement.
• Provide clear feedback to customers on reason for service visit.
• Participates in after-hours on-call roster.
• Supports sales where required on technical topics.
• Participation in training, conferences and trade fairs.

Your profile

We're Looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic systems.
• Is open to traveling for several days at a time
• Has good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow

Looking for candidates located in NSW.
