Bega Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for Production Operator / Machine Operator roles at our Crestmead dairy site, to support upcoming and future recruitment needs.

About the Site
Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
Due to continued growth and the introduction of an additional shift, we are building a pipeline of Production Operators across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
Production Operators play a key role in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to a high‑performing production team.
Shift Options
Morning Shift: 5:30 am – 2:00 pm
(split role, working alternate Wednesdays and Saturdays)Afternoon (Arvo) Shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Night Shift: 9:30 pm – 6:00 am
Key Responsibilities
Supporting production lines through a range of rotating operational activities
Accurately completing and maintaining quality, testing, and production documentation
Reporting safety incidents and identifying maintenance requirements
Ensuring production areas are cleaned and maintained in line with quality standards
Adhering to all company safety and quality policies and procedures
About You
Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy and confidence using workplace systems
Sound problem‑solving skills
Forklift licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
