Bega Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operator roles at our Crestmead dairy site, to support upcoming and future recruitment needs.

About the Site
Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
Due to continued growth and the introduction of an additional shift, we are building a pipeline of Forklift Operators / Warehouse Operators across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting all safety incidents and hazards
Accurately completing and maintaining quality-related documentation
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
Recording and monitoring waste in line with company procedures
Adhering to all company safety, quality, and operational policies
About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy and strong problem-solving skills
Licensed and competent Forklift Operator
