The role 

We’re looking for Expressions of Interest from Document Controllers to manage and maintain critical documentation across its lifecycle for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Associate Director Document and Information and clients on best-practice for document and information management strategies.
• Drive adoption across diverse organizations.
• Ensure accurate version control and compliance with standards.
• Manage document workflows and approvals.
• Maintain secure document repositories.
• Support teams with document queries and training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 + years of experience in document control and information management.
• Proven experience in major projects, with client-side and/or contractor-side experience.
• Knowledge of document management systems, governance and lifecycle principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
