Job Description

We’re looking for Environmental Graduate to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business, based in Campbelltown.

Our Environmental Graduates are involved with the research and implementation of sustainability initiatives, best practice and innovative technology solutions on our projects. They are also involved in the development of sustainability documentation, reports and registers, as well as assist with audits and inspections to assess sustainability performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you:

Joining our team as an Environmental Graduate, you will help us upgrade and maintain the vast network of roads, ports and airports across Australia that take us to where we need to be, safer and sooner.

• A hands-on approach to getting things done in a safe manner and as part of a team
• Passion, enthusiasm, resilience and drive
• Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and be willing to relocate to take on opportunities across the country to progress your career development.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have a valid right to work in Australia
• Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2026
• Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
