Full Job Description
SCEE is currently offering a long term to opportunity for an “Experienced Hazardous Area Electrician to join our team in Surat Basin, QLD.  The works will range from project work, operations and maintenance across a range of E&I gas activities

What we can offer you:

  • Base rates + penalties + Tool + other allowances
  • All overtime at double-time
  • 2:2 Roster- 12 hours working standard
  • DIDO from Brisbane – All travel hours paid
  • Start ASAP – approx.  16 months work
  • Training provided, if required, for any mandatory certifications
Your role will include:
  • Day to day Maintenance in the Surat Basin gas fields, working on well pads, Power Stations and Gas Processing Facilities
  • Completing scheduled maintenance, Preventative maintenance, EEHA inspections
  • Working on minor projects and anything else as directed
Key requirements for this project are: 
  • Previous experience with Arrow / previous experience in the Gas industry (preferred)
  • QLD Electrical License
  • EEHA Certification (within 3 years)
  • Hold a Valid QLD Drivers Licence
  • CPR LVR Certificate (within 1 year)
  • Construction White Card
  • Gas Test Atmosphere (within 3 years)
  • Industry Safety Induction - ISI (preferred)
  • Cert III; Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation (preferred)
  • HV Switching (preferred)
