Looking to become a Driller this New Year? If you have labouring experience and hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence, this is your opportunity to join Aston’s Driller Offsider JobFit™ Challenge. Earn over $100K in your first year while building a long-term career in drilling across NSW.

Preferably based in Ourimbah or able to travel daily.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the driller in day-to-day drilling activities

• Drive the Heavy Rigid truck

• Present and clean core samples

• Perform light vehicle maintenance and cleaning

• Conduct pre-start checks on drill rigs

⏰ Rosters & Shifts

• Monday to Friday, optional Saturday work

• 10–14 hour shifts per day

• Extra pay for weekend and night work

• Some working away at times depending on project needs

📍 Work Sites

• Geotech exploration drilling company based on the Central Coast

• Projects spanning Sydney and the Central Coast

• Working on 10 Hanjin rigs for exploration and civil projects

🚀 Career Progression

• Driller Offsider: $100K + Super

• Trainee Driller (after 1 year): $120K + Super

• Driller Level 1 (after 2 years): $140K + Super

• Driller Level 2 (after 3 years): $160K + Super

• Driller Level 3 (after 4 years): $180K + Super

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in manual labour

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence required

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Physically fit and safety-focused

• Clean police record to access mine sites

• Based in Ourimbah or able to travel daily
