  • Your Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, heavy vehicles, and equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and component replacements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work efficiently in a fast -paced environment to minimize downtime.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and Australian automotive industry standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Experience: Minimum of five years as a Diesel Mechanic in a workshop, fleet maintenance, or heavy vehicle repair environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and electronic diagnostics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Qualifications: Trade certification in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, or equivalent.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Work Ethic: Attention to detail, problem -solving skills, and a commitment to high -quality workmanship.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • English Proficiency: Basic English communication skills to meet Australian visa requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Police Clearance: Must provide a valid criminal record check.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
