You’ll be working on a near new CAT fleet moving 3M+ tonnes annually, plus a crushing plant processing up to 10,000 tonnes per day — this is big scale mining at its best.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work a family friendly 7/7 roster (12-hour shifts)
- Perform scheduled maintenance & breakdown repairs on underground plant
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or component replacements
- Keep equipment compliant with site and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter / Mechanic
- Experience on underground mining equipment (Sandvik preferred)
- Strong diagnostic & fault finding skills
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
