About the Opportunity
Guest Services Assistants are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering a welcoming, professional village experience.
Opportunities across the Bowen Basin may include:
Manning village reception and welcoming guests
Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
Conducting guest check‑ins and check‑outs
Responding to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Preparing reports and completing general administration tasks
Processing retail transactions, including cash and EFTPOS
Roles are full‑time and permanent, operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with flexibility required to meet operational needs. Village allocation and start dates will be confirmed as opportunities become available.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in front‑office, administration or customer‑facing roles
Confidence working in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments
Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and experience using booking or accommodation systems (RMS highly regarded)
Cash handling and EFTPOS experience
A strong commitment to safety, policies and procedures
Flexibility and reliability to work a 14:7 rotating roster
Ability to meet Drive‑In, Drive‑Out (DIDO) requirements
You will also need to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol test, provide a National Police Check, and evidence of Australian working rights.
