About the Opportunity

Facilities Attendants are responsible for maintaining the presentation, safety and overall condition of our accommodation villages.

Key responsibilities may include:
- General grounds and village maintenance
- Rubbish and waste management
- Supporting the upkeep of communal and outdoor areas
- Working collaboratively to ensure villages remain clean, safe and welcoming

Roles are full-time and permanent and primarily operate on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with some flexibility required to meet operational needs. Site allocation and start dates will be discussed as opportunities become available.

- Base salary of $73,875 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- $7,000 annual incentive, paid quarterly and pro-rated based on commencement date (conditions apply)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, labouring, cleaning or similar hands-on roles
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Flexibility and reliability to work a 14:7 roster
- Ability to meet Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) requirements for Bowen Basin operations
- LF Forklift Licence
- Remote or regional work experience
- Manual Driver’s Licence

You must also be willing and able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, provide a National Police Check, and evidence of Australian working rights.
