We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Manager to lead our newly appointed Rockhampton business. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for driving positive change, developing high-performing teams, and exceeding stakeholder expectations, while fostering a strong safety culture and demonstrating technical expertise.
What you will be accountable for:
- Driving a strong safety culture, ensuring all operations adhere to the highest standards of workplace health, safety, quality and sustainability.
- Leading and managing the department, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company objectives.
- Providing technical leadership and expertise to support team success and deliver operational outcomes.
- Fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement to manage change effectively.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and consistent service delivery.
