What’s on offer?
Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be based in Brisbane, supporting our Northern Region Construction business. You will monitor all aspects of project performance including program, WHS, quality, cost and client satisfaction related to project works, ensuring that they are in accordance with our systems and contractual obligations to meet key deliverables. You will play a critical part in delivery, whilst leading and mentoring a dynamic team.
As a seasoned and successful Construction Manager with recently demonstrated experience in Civil Construction, and strong leadership qualities, you will ensure efficient and effective project delivery. You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes, whilst fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements, and strong financial and commercial acumen will be required. As will, a demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls. Finally, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
