Location: Adelaide, SA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Work Set-up: Full-time, on-site
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Friday, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about precision machining, problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program 4-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances
• Perform tool setting, program editing, and troubleshooting on CNC machines
• Inspect and quality-check finished parts against specifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing efficiency
• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in compliance with OH&S/WHS standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer, preferably with 4-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Strong working knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation (Mastercam experience desirable)
• Trade qualification in toolmaking or relevant discipline
• Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and strong focus on quality
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
• Forklift licence (desirable)
