Seeking several Civil Supervisors for an Overseas Stint!

(Say that six times over in swift succession!)
  
Tongue-twisters aside:

Civil Supervisors required for various projects, Pacific Islands
Small-ish local civil works, Marine Infrastructure, coastal remediation,
  
Character building setting. Remote. Isolated. Logistically difficult
The commute in and out is long , and clunky- which is why the roster is set to 4 weeks on 2 weeks off. 
Flights/Travel/visas/Meals & accommodation provided
 
A long way from anywhere. Not the kind of place you can pack up your bat and ball and head home at a moments notice. 

You'll need to be level-headed. Reliable. Consistent in how you show up, day in, day out . The kind of person who can be counted on 
  
Capacity to work as part of a team is a critical quality on this gig.

Must Haves

• Supervisory experience in marine, coastal, or structures  
• Sound technical ability
• People skills: Capacity to lead, manage and motivate your crew
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
• A current passport
• Partner Clearance- i.e you have already discussed this as a possibility- not getting all the way through the process before landing it on them

This gig is tough. No point pretending otherwise.
But it's the kind of tough that comes with a serious sense of adventure attached. New country, new crew, new project, and stories you'll actually want to tell down the track.
