Casual with opportunity for Full Time |Civil projects| Demolition Work
We are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join our team working across major civil infrastructure projects in Sydney's Southwest and Northwest. This is a casual role with possibility of full‑time, offering competitive pay and a strong pipeline of work.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of civil plant machinery, supporting site teams to deliver high‑quality project outcomes. Operators with experience on Excavators, Dump Trucks, Compactors, Graders or Scrapers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery safely, efficiently and in line with site requirements
• Conduct daily pre‑start checks, basic maintenance, oil levels and greasing
• Maintain machinery in a clean, tidy and organised condition
• Assist with general labouring and site duties as required
• Set up and dismantle compounds, fencing, flagging and site equipment
• Always maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete required documentation, logs and equipment records
• Report equipment issues and provide feedback on performance

• Construction White Card
• Driver's licence & reliable transport
• Proven civil construction experience
• Ability to prove work history and operating experience (references, VOCs, tickets)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and environmental compliance
• High‑Risk Work Licence (HR) or relevant plant tickets highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No rail tickets required

• $55-$70 per hour (based on experience)
