We're looking for a talented Celonis Process Mining Consultant to join our organization in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will leverage advanced process mining technologies to help organizations identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance and business outcomes.

• Analyze and model complex business processes using Celonis platform to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities
• Design and execute process mining projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate meaningful process insights and performance metrics
• Develop comprehensive process documentation and visualization dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and process owners to understand current state processes and define future state improvements
• Provide strategic recommendations for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to build client capability in process mining methodologies and tools
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time completion
• Stay current with Celonis platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging process mining technologies
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and scoping engagements

• Professional experience in process mining, business process analysis, or management consulting
• Advanced proficiency with Celonis platform, including data modeling, analysis, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages for data extraction and manipulation
• Solid understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and process modeling techniques
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and enterprise application landscapes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Industry-specific process expertise (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or healthcare)
• Certification in process mining, business analysis, or related disciplines
• Experience in client-facing advisory or consulting roles
