Aestec are looking for multiple casual Labourers to join our team at Yarwun Ship Clean and QAL.

Rio Tinto Yarwun (RTY) - Ship Clean Labourers:

This is a casual role with 1-2 shifts per week. This would be suited to somebody looking for a 2nd job or someone not wanting full time employment.

What we are looking for: 
  • Working at Heights (essential)  
  • HR License (required) 
  • Front End Loader ticket or Rigger HRWL highly regarded but not essential 
  • MSIC or Dogman would be highly regarded but not essential 
  • Current ‘QAL/BSL/RTAY’ Blue Medipass (3-site medipass) or willing to obtain. 
  • Previous experience as a Labourer and/or working on a Wharf
Please note: this position is not suitable for entry-level applicants.   
 
 
Queensland Aluminium Limited (QAL) - Casual Labourers:

You will support trades and maintenance teams with general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling and clean-up, while contributing to a safe, productive work environment. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Construction White/Blue Card
  • QAL / BSL / RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working at Heights Ticket (desired but not essential)
  • Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres (desired but not essential)
