This is a unique role that blends Sales and Administration to support with growth and efficient operations. As a Business Development Manager and Service Technician Planner, your week will focus on tapping into the market to build new business and continue to deliver on the compelling customer offer.
Working with the Sales Team, you will proactively identify opportunities to convert leads and drive growth in lifting and rigging product categories. Operating within a small, collaborative team, you will also be allocated time each week to act as the Field Service Planner to ensure effective scheduling, coordination and administration support for our Service Technicians.
Your contribution will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency and supporting the branch’s overall commercial performance.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Emerald. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel across the designated territory.
