The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring our liquid customers have reliable and uninterrupted supply by developing and managing daily and weekly delivery schedules.

You will work closely with our 3PL partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to coordinate bulk deliveries and optimise logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Scheduling & Customer Service

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly delivery schedules to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines and expectations
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data and related systems
  • Act as the key point of contact for customer queries
  • Work closely with 3PL providers to ensure delivery plans are executed efficiently
  • Review and adjust bulk and linehaul schedules as required
  • Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including service performance and costs
  • Support weekly planning and forecast volumes
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to scheduling processes and systems
  • Participate in projects to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

About You

  • Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain scheduling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and freight operations
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems
