As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a new exciting growth phase where we are seeking experienced Boilermakers (Trade Qualified) to join our Site Services team.

To be successful for this position, you should possess the following:

• Strong commitment to safety
• Trade certificate or relevant qualification including certificate of proficiency
• Ability to pass welding qualifications
• Exceptional work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• License and own transportation
• WHS Construction card
• Working at Heights training
• The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
• Ability to interpret drawings and project scope of works
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening

• Rail Industry Worker Training
• Multi Skilled and ticketed
• High-risk tickets
• Order 43 Medical
• Mining specific inductions
