Our client is a well-established Toowoomba-based manufacturer of quality vehicle accessories and is seeking an experienced Boilermaker / TIG Welder / Labourer to join their team.

About the role:

This is a hands-on fabrication role involving the manufacture and assembly of vehicle accessories. Duties will include:

• TIG welding aluminium components to a high standard
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Fabricating, cutting, shaping and assembling aluminium products
• Measuring and marking materials for fabrication
• Operating workshop machinery and fabrication equipment safely
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Working from production schedules and meeting manufacturing deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About you:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker, Fabricator or TIG Welder
• Strong TIG welding experience (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
• Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
