Asphalt Production Operator

We’re looking for an experienced, safety focused Asphalt Production Operator to join our high performing team in Perth based in Gosnells and Hope Valley. This role is critical to the smooth operation and maintenance of our asphalt plant, ensuring quality production and compliance with safety and operational standards. In this role, you'll operate plant and mobile equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, manage raw materials and ensure accurate data entry.

About You:

• Current C Class Licence and General Construction Induction card essential
• Mechanically minded, fitter or cement batching experience desirable
• Competent in the operation of mobile equipment including Front End Loader, Skid Steer, and Forklift
• Previous experience as an Asphalt Manufacturing Plant Operator (highly regarded)
• A good attitude and strong ‘team player’ with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
• Flexibility surrounding shift work
• A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
