The Opportunity
Join our Business Services team as a Workforce Scheduler and play a key role in shaping the heartbeat of our operations.
As our Workforce Scheduler, you'll be responsible for creating compliant rosters and managing attendance administration through VRTP's workforce planning system, delivering results within established deadlines.
This role requires a strategic approach to workforce planning, balancing multiple quality measures including optimal resource allocation, equitable scheduling practices, productivity objectives, and operational resilience. All scheduling decisions must align with regulatory requirements, industrial agreements, company policies, and established guidelines.

Key Aspects of the Role:
•  Produce compliant, high-quality rosters that meet business objectives
•  Administer attendance management systems efficiently and accurately
•  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industrial frameworks
•  Balance fairness, productivity, and operational needs in scheduling decisions

Your Impact:
As a trusted advisor within the Business Services Division, you'll serve as a key point of contact, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders across the organization on all workforce scheduling matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Turning plans into perfect rosters! You’ll be:
•  Co-ordination of Time & Attendance Platform
•  Scheduling across the VRTP business
•  Business Engagement

What We’re Looking For:
Where precision meets fun! You will be at the center of the action. You’ll bring:
•  Workforce Planning Systems ‘hands-on’ experience (preferably UKG Pro Workforce Management) however any Attendance Management and/or rostering or payroll systems advantageous.
•  Human Resources or similar qualifications are desirable.
•  Working knowledge of Awards/Agreements.
•  Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
•  Strong communication, organization and time management.
•  Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
•  Able to work at any Village Roadshow Theme Park property as required.
•  Ability to work on any day including weekends with flexible hours.
