What you’ll be doing
Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
Carry out glass chip repairs
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability
What we’re looking for
Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
Strong work ethic and desire for a long-term career
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
