Warehouse Labourer – Glass Recovery Specialist

Monday–Friday | $31.74ph + Super (Increasing to $32.69ph in July 2026)

Looking for a stable, hands‑on role with a supportive team behind you? Our Brisbane Distribution Centre located in Wakerley is searching for a reliable Warehouse Labourer / Glass Recovery Specialist to join our growing operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate specialised tools and equipment to remove light–heavy scratches from glass products

  • Polish and restore glass to a flawless, like‑new finish

  • Load and unload windscreens as required

  • Maintain safe work practices and follow warehouse procedures

  • Reduce breakage through careful handling and stock management

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and hazard‑free (inside and outside)

What We’re Looking For

  • Training provided — experience in glass scratch removal or a similar trade is highly valued

  • Strong technical ability using polishing, grinding, and glass restoration tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship

  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fit, healthy, and capable of lifting/picking glass products

  • Full Australian work rights

  • Ability to complete a full Pre‑Employment Medical

Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

  • $31.74 per hour + Super

  • Rate increases to $32.69 per hour in July 2026
