Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· To display a high level of attention to detail

· Accurately perform inventory transactions within ERP system as specified by supervisor

· To call and co-ordinate with transport companies in a timely and accurate manner

· Assist sales team with information regarding customer order related inquiries and liaise with other internal

departments as necessary

· To accurately use and understand the CRM system

· Inventory transaction problem investigation

· Co-ordinate meetings and other activities as required

· Cycle count paperwork production and entry

· Processing / Keying dispatch and receiving entry

· Any other duties as agreed by supervisor

· Train others as necessary

· Partake in training as required to perform duties required by supervisor

· To display a level of professionalism that provides the platform for a positive working environment

· Comply with all company policies and procedures

· Adhere to and play an active role in NOV OHS processes and systems and legislative compliance

· To assist warehouse supervisor with any other admin tasks as required and perform such other duties,

relevant to the position, as may be necessary
