No two days are the same, and you’ll interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality concrete to our customers.

Why This Role?

  • Hourly rate starting at $31.07, increasing to $31.83 after 12 months, plus applicable overtime rates.
  • Average weekly hours of 50+ with Saturday shifts available.
  • Generous overtime pays at time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours, plus a meal allowance after 10 hours.
  • Drive modern, ell-maintained trucks equipped with advanced safety technology.
  • Enjoy daily variety and interact with a wide range of people while delivering high quality products.
  • Comprehensive 10-day training program for all new starters.

About You

  • Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
  • Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.
  • Pride in your ride – keeping your truck clean and presentable is important.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
