The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Cost Controller to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple, complex construction projects within our Utilities- Water Services division. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role plays a critical part in enabling strong project performance through financial governance, forecasting, and commercial insight.
Based within our Utilities business, you will work across major infrastructure programs, partnering closely with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to drive best-practice cost control, risk management, and financial governance. You will lead cross-project financial processes, mentor developing professionals, and play a key role in shaping financial performance outcomes across the portfolio.
This is a high-impact role supporting critical infrastructure delivery and directly influencing project success, business performance, and long-term sustainability outcomes.
