How you will make contributions that matter

As a Production Operator, you’ll be part of a supportive team working together to keep our plant running safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. You’ll play a hands‑on role in day‑to‑day production, ensuring our products meet quality, safety and hygiene requirements.

This role requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night shift.

• Follow quality, GMP and production procedures
• Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards
• Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene and product quality
• Conduct product sampling and basic quality checks
• Work to daily production plans and meet site performance targets
• Identify and report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

About you

• Sound understanding of safety, food handling and hygiene practices
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem‑solve on the go
• Clear communicator who works well as part of a team
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or dairy (desirable, not essential)
