The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has an opportunity for a Plumber to join the facilities management team located on Wheatstone, WA. Chevron operates one of the world’s largest LNG projects producing both natural gas for the domestic market and LNG for export internationally. You will carry out plumbing maintenance works across camp and crib room facilities, including fitting replacements, hot water systems, leak repairs, general camp maintenance, servicing ZIP units, and safety shower testing and servicing. You will also be involved in the upgrades to the new wastewater treatment plant in camp (a new MBR system). Gorge fisher pipework experience is desirable for this project.
 

About You

• Trade Certificate III – Plumber / Gasfitter
• WA Driver's Licence
• Gas Fitters Licence
• White Card / Construction Induction
• Working at Heights (completed within last 2 years)
• CPCPWT4022 Commission and Maintain Backflow Prevention Devices – Desirable
• PMBWELD301E & PMBWELD302E Poly Welding Certification – Desirable
• Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks
