About the Opportunity
Service Stream’s Energy division are currently seeking a Scheduler with demonstrated P6 experience to join our growing company. Based in the Darling Downs region, this position will be required for the duration of the outage, commencing June until project close out expected to be early to mid-November. This position will be site based from July until completion.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Outage Manager with direct access to our Project Controls Lead and will play a key part in delivering cost and schedule control across our project portfolio. Your expertise will contribute to the development and execution of our integrated controls suite, supporting successful project outcomes.
- Develop detailed project schedules and manage resources effectively
- Assist with development of work breakdown structures and cost breakdown structures
- Maintain schedule to enable production of progress reporting including resource histograms, earned value management and s-curves
- Development and maintenance of systems to manage scope changes and variation orders
- Resource management: monitor and report on Project, Engineering and Delivery resource lookaheads, contribute and advise on levelling actions to facilitate a best practice resource management strategy
About You
To be successful in this role, you are an experienced Scheduler with a genuine concern for safety.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience with outage / turnaround or shutdown preferably in a coal fired power station.
You will also demonstrate and possess the following:
- 5 years’ experience in a scheduling role preferably in an outage / shutdown environment
- Primavera P6 competency, with demonstrable experience in resource loaded scheduling
- Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Power-BI preferable
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally
- Overarching Project Controls skillset beneficial
