Join our Accommodation Services team as an Operations Manager (DDSO5) in Wangaratta and be a part of the North East Regional team in this exciting Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity.
This role will be responsible for leading an area of residential services, managing employees and supporting our customers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership experience in the disability or community sector, with a strong focus on team development, accountability, and delivering person-centred support.
- Excellent professional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- A genuine, values-based approach to connecting with people, motivating teams, and leading through change and growth.
- A proactive approach to client acquisition, intake, and retention, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing clients.
- A hands-on leadership style – this is a non-hybrid role, with fortnightly (minimum) site visits required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern, with a strong understanding of positive behaviour support in practice.
- Confidence in leading through change, navigating challenges while keeping your team engaged and focused.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong partnerships across departments to support both operational and strategic goals.
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability ( or equivalence) is required for this role
