Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the delivery of strategic asset maintenance management, compliance, and lifecycle performance across a key national infrastructure portfolio.
This is a highly client-facing role, working across both BGIS Sydney Head Office and a major client site in Ultimo. The environment is fast-paced and highly engaged, requiring someone who is confident, composed, and able to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Reporting across the Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping asset maintenance strategy, supporting compliance outcomes, and helping drive continuous improvement across operational and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is calm, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity, building trusted relationships, and contributing to solutions that improve outcomes over time.

This role is based between BGIS Sydney CBD Head Office and a key client site in Ultimo, with a 50/50 split. The arrangement is 4 days in office/site and 1 day working from home.
