  • Strong commercial acumen, including proven P&L accountability and the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive performance outcomes

  • Proven leadership capability, with the ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams

  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards, with a genuine focus on Zero Harm

  • Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels

  • A customer-focused mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational performance

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and a current driver’s licence

  • Experience within cranes, heavy lift, mining, or similar operational environments (desirable)

What you’ll be doing:

You will lead end-to-end operational performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

In this role, you will:

  • Set the standard for safety, leading from the front and ensuring compliance and proactive risk management across all operations

  • Drive operational delivery, aligning people, equipment, and schedules to meet client and business requirements

  • Oversee financial performance, managing costs, improving efficiencies, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and long-term partnerships are strengthened

  • Identify and support growth opportunities across existing work and new contracts

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams, building capability, accountability, and a strong team culture
