WHAT WE OFFER

• Casual Outage Role: located at NRG Gladstone Power Station, QLD, with potential for other project/outage work.
• Project Dates: Start date from Early May, running approximately until Late June.
• Roster:  Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts.
• Competitive Rate: EBA rates + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Site Allowance.

Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking casual Advanced or Intermediate Riggers to provide outage services at the NRG Gladstone Power Station, QLD. Starting in May, Downer will offer mechanical and project services throughout the outage period. You will provide your expertise in a maintenance or shutdown environment, ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively, and to the required standard. 

ABOUT YOU

• Site Proficient:  Hold an Advanced or Intermediate Rigger ticket with experience in outages and projects in the power generation or heavy industrial sector
• Team Oriented:  Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills
• Workplace Safety: Committed to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues
• Qualifications:  Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E), Working at heights (RIIWHS204E) (within 3 years), Construction white card
