About the role
Join Team Global Express as a full-time National Road Linehaul Scheduler. Reporting to the National Road Linehaul Manager, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate intra- and interstate road linehaul deliveries across the national network.
Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:00pm
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain a national linehaul schedule, optimising equipment and delivery partner utilisation
Coordinate inbound and outbound linehaul loads with branch operations and fleet teams
Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue, load restraint, and mass management requirements
Monitor collections, deliveries, and equipment servicing, addressing issues proactively
Record and manage incidents, implementing corrective actions as required
Liaise and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
About you
Proven experience in linehaul operations or logistics coordination (6–12 months minimum)
Understanding of the Dangerous Goods Act and road linehaul compliance requirements
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Consistently meets deadlines and collaborates effectively across teams
A positive, committed team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of road legislation, compliance, and interstate linehaul operations
