We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our Tenant Advisory Group nationally. This role ensures efficient processes, cohesive communication, and collaboration across teams and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Leader of the Tenant Advisory Group and the team with all operational needs.

  • Develop, implement and lead national operations for the Tenant Advisory team.

  • Standardise processes and procedures, and maintain templates and information repositories.

  • Manage key databases including Salesforce and WIP trackers.

  • Coordinate national meetings and events.

  • Assist the team with RFP processes.

  • Support AOP processes and forecasting.

  • Process invoices and expenses.

  • Support managers with recruitment, onboarding and employment change processes.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience as an Operations Manager in a national environment.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • A self‑starter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

  • Commercial real estate experience desirable.
